We are building a village in the south of Sri Lanka in the city of Rekawa in a quiet part of the village. In the photos below you can see the first apartment. There will be 6 such apartments built on the plot and a large swimming pool with a restaurant. This area will be used only by the owners of these apartments or their clients and family. A caretaker already lives on the plot, who watches over this village and takes care of everything. He cleans the garden, works as a taxi driver, cooks. The price for one apartment is 70,000 USD.
